I studied Illustration at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. I like to use different types of media such as water color, pen and ink, oils and acrylics. This allows me the versatility to bring images to life in a variety of ways. Some projects are more suited to certain media. I work mostly with the image of the human figure. My emphasis is on the male figure and contemporary portraits. These images frequently feature the person or people in some unguarded or relaxed moment. I am inspired by light, colours and faces. I started drawing with coloured pencils and experimented with watercolours since I was a child.
